encouraged.DR comes
out approximately twice monthly and includes some news items that
subsequently appear in the center's printed newsletter, the
Natural Hazards Observer,
as well as other timely articles about new developments, policies, programs,
resources, and information sources in the field of hazards management. In
addition, it contains questions and messages from the DR network's
many users. DR is distributed worldwide via the Internet to thousands
of subscribers. In addition, the information is re-posted on numerous WWW
home pages and redistributed by other means.
